Our residents are senior citizens that like the ability to rely on smaller support services in everyday life, but at the same time are completely autonomous in their decision making. At first glance our residential buildings do not differ much from conventional ones. While many retirement and nursing homes are increasingly built as anonymous complexes at the edge of society, Silver Living focuses on attractive barrier-free housing facilities of manageable size located in the center of rural or urban life.
Our residential buildings are designed for seniors with need for assistance within care levels 1-3. In addition, higher care levels may be catered to individually by mobile care services.

The implementation of senior friendly architectural structures guarantees an independent lifestyle and facilitates care work (and if necessary, nursing) within the home significantly.

Their range of service includes advisory work as well as the organization of common activities to foster physical and mental wellbeing. This includes for example sharing meals in the common room, shared trips, theater visits, game nights, etc.
Furthermore, our care personnel support residents with filling in vital forms such as nursing applications, organization of mobile care, etc. Our wide range of optional services including cleaning, meals on wheels, massage, competent care and therapy, attendance in case of an illness and many more round off our basic services.
