Located closely to the center and directly on the bank of the Mur, the student residence extends over almost 3,000 m² of floor space. The property, on which there are two large, interconnected residential buildings, is now to be subjected to a comprehensive revitalization and further adapted into a new form of living for students.

In combination with the renovation of the two old buildings (Kärntner Strasse 136 and 138), a new building is also being built so that in the future the new ensemble will consist of three houses.
